If you email us, we receive your message and email address so we can reply. We do not sell or rent that information. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are read, in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors.

This is a static website and does not require cookies to function. Any analytics we use is configured to minimize tracking, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Our guides link to outside sources such as university materials-science pages and reference works. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
